Pallet Network Solutions approached me to design a freight cost estimator tool that allows customers to receive an instant transport quote online. The tool calculates costs based on postcode, weight, and urgency inputs, with the potential for Stripe integration to activate a job immediately after quoting.
The goal of the project is to simplify a traditionally manual quoting process into a clear, efficient, and user-friendly digital experience that saves time for both customers and internal teams.

Status: In Progress
Sitemap: Defined the flow from homepage → quote form → results → payment option.
Wireframing: Low-fidelity wireframes explored layout, form structure, and navigation.
Hi-Fi Design (Homepage): Developed the initial homepage design, focused on clarity and ease of use for first-time visitors.
Next Steps
The project is currently moving into build and creative refinement:
Webflow Development: I am building the tool directly in Webflow, ensuring the front-end is both responsive and easy for the client to manage long-term.
Stripe Integration: Exploring payment functionality so customers can activate a transport job immediately after receiving a quote.
Creative Direction: Managing the visual direction of the tool, from defining the design system to producing a full set of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints.
Video & Content: Overseeing production of supporting video content to explain and promote the estimator, aligning visuals, tone, and messaging with the new identity.
Testing: Preparing for usability testing with both internal stakeholders and a pilot set of customers to validate design choices and refine before launch.
